The first time we covered Broforce I noted that it's "what The Expendables game should have been." Well, someone at Lionsgate had a similar idea and decided to collaborate with Broforce developer Free Lives to create a free promotional spin-off of the testosterone-mad shooter that's a crossover with the upcoming The Expendables 3.
The sequel managed to transfer all perks that made us fall in love with the first Unravel: the graphics that are pleasant to the eyes, charming music, and the adorable main character Yarnie. And now you can enjoy the heart-warming atmosphere of the game with your player two, solve the puzzles by winging across gaps, rappelling down walls, ascending cliff faces, and lassoing distant objects. The riddled levels manage to challenge an inexperienced gamer, but not to the extent that it discourages them from continuing, making Unravel Two truly noob-friendly. This beautiful, stress-free game is perfect for a laid-back gaming session with your significant other.
Free Lives Games revels in the pure manliness of its game, which has you playing as parodied actors and actresses sent to eliminate any potential danger by ploughing through foreign lands with a single goal: liberate everything from enemies of freedom like terrorists, aliens, and the legions of Hell. That's all that you need to know, and it's all the game tells you to do; it's intentionally light on story to complete its tongue-in-cheek caricature of American patriotism, which is made even more hilarious with your commander's excessively partisan, xenophobic comments about liberating other countries because, er, America. This surprisingly makes Broforce a light social commentary, but it's more of a silly love letter to action movies than anything else.
That freezing glitch needs sorting immediately. It's an absolute pain in some stages.Apart from that I'm quite pleased with Broforce. It can be cheap and frustrating, but it's also hilarious and fun to play. Oh, and another thing;
Gamer progress from PS4 titles is designed to be saved onto the PlayStation 4 hard drive; no external storage device is required. However, some external hard drives can be used to save PlayStation game data if you require more space to do so. Additionally, consoles connected to the internet can upload saved data to the cloud to free up system memory, to back-up storage files, and to transfer player progress and console information from unit to unit.
The game plays like many other action shooter games, but with a notable over-the-top level of mayhem and destruction. Allowing up to four players to play cooperatively both offline and online, players spawn in as a random Bro (who are all parodies of famous action characters spanning from the '80s to the early '00s, each with the word "bro" somehow shoehorned into their name) and rush to the end shooting everything that stands in their way. Along the way, players will come across various cages that are holding their fellow Bros captive. Rescuing the Bro will switch the player's character to the newly freed Bro and give the player an extra life. While the enemies will always outnumber the player, they are almost all largely incompetent, though can still kill the protagonist if given the chance. At the end of each level is a business devil who the players must kill which summons the evacuation helicopter leading to the next stage.
Bass Monkey is a free Hack and Slash arcade game. Up to 4 friends can compete (or co-operate!) in this short, low-stress, musical platformer. Collect bananas, smack away hamsters, and try to get on the high score leaderboards as you battle through a 5 song EP.
In the mayhem-filled streets of the future where criminal gangs rule and cops fear to tread, only the bounty hunters can free the city from the corrupt fist of felony. Lay waste to the criminal underworld and make a killing in this hard boiled action comedy arcade shooter. 2b1af7f3a8
